All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sky of Egypt. A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment and issuing a confirmation email or voucher.
Payments can be made through the approved payment methods provided by Sky of Egypt. Full payment may be required before the tour start date depending on the selected package or service.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date, supplier policies, hotels, airlines, cruises, and other third-party providers involved in the booking. Some services may be non-refundable.
Sky of Egypt reserves the right to deduct any administrative fees, bank charges, or non-refundable deposits where applicable.
While we strive to operate all tours as planned, Sky of Egypt reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, schedules, or services due to weather conditions, government regulations, operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any necessary changes will be communicated to clients as soon as possible.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents before arrival.
Sky of Egypt is not responsible for denied entry, missed flights, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, personal belongings, and unexpected travel disruptions.
Clients are responsible for informing Sky of Egypt of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, mobility concerns, or special requirements before the tour begins.
Sky of Egypt reserves the right to refuse participation in activities that may endanger the traveler or others.
Sky of Egypt acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transportation companies, cruise operators, and activity providers.
We are not liable for delays, injuries, losses, accidents, damages, natural disasters, political events, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel costs, exchange rates, taxes, government fees, or supplier charges.
Confirmed bookings will honor the agreed price unless additional government-imposed fees apply.
All website content, including text, images, logos, branding, and design elements, are the property of Sky of Egypt and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Any personal information collected during bookings or inquiries will be handled securely and used solely for providing travel services, customer support, and communication purposes in accordance with our privacy practices.
Sky of Egypt shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, wars, civil unrest, or transportation disruptions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
